Congratulations!

Congratulations!

Congratulations to everyone who was shortlisted for the CWA Dagger awards held last night at the Grange City Hotel! Ann Cleeves was a popular and worthy winner of the Diamond Dagger, and the excellent Barry Forshaw was honoured with a well-deserved Red Herring for his services to crime-writing. For more information about the winners, visit our web page.

Special thanks to Robert Thorogood, creator of Death in Paradise, for his highly entertaining guest speech.

The event was extremely well-attended by some of the brightest stars in crime-writing, publishing and literary agencies, and it was a great delight to welcome two special guests, Brenda Blethyn and Peter Capaldi.
